These terms govern your use of Focusly ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Focusly is a productivity app for managing tasks, habits, goals, and rewards, with optional Google Calendar synchronization. Some features (such as Google Calendar sync) are optional and require you to separately grant access to your Google account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.

If you connect a Google account, Focusly accesses your Google Calendar and Drive only within the scopes you explicitly authorize, and only to provide the features you've opted into. You can revoke this access at any time from Focusly's Settings, or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Our handling of any data obtained through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the tasks, habits, goals, and other content you create in Focusly. We only use it to operate the app on your behalf.
Focusly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using Focusly and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
